Sollo Central · Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 3, 2026
1. Who we are
Sollo Central (the “Service”) is operated by Lupebrands Inc., located at 737 Kennedy Circle W, Milton, ON L9E 1R9, Canada. Lupebrands Inc. is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This Privacy Policy covers visitors to our website (including people who use the Get started form), customers who connect Amazon accounts to the Service, people who have used our Sollo CEO voice assistant, and people we contact by email.
Sollo Central is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.
2. Information we collect
(a) Information you give us
This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, store name, sign-up answers (your monthly sales range, hours per week in Seller Central and ad tools, and whether a tool or person has changed your ads before), Sollo Central login details (never your Amazon password), business guardrails, each approval or decline, support emails, and audio, transcripts and contact details you provide through the voice assistant.
(b) Amazon account information, after you authorize us
After you authorize Sollo through Amazon’s official Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API, we may receive orders, sales, refunds, fees, settlements, inventory, inbound shipments, ad campaigns, targets, bids, spend and performance, listings, ratings, and account identifiers. You can revoke access at any time in Seller Central or the Amazon Ads console. We never see or store your Amazon password.
(c) Costs and supplier information
You may enter product costs and supplier data so Sollo can calculate real profit.
(d) Information collected automatically
We collect pages viewed, clicks, video plays, the A/B variant shown to you, referrer, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, and timestamps.
(e) Information from third parties
We may receive payment status, email delivery status, and—when conducting outbound prospecting—business contact information from publicly available sources.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide the Service, monitor your business, prepare proposals, execute only approved actions, and maintain an action log;
- onboard you and provide support, including contacting you soon after an onboarding request;
- improve the Service and test variations of our website;
- protect security and meet legal and compliance requirements, including Amazon developer-policy audit-log requirements;
- send marketing messages where permitted, with a way to opt out; and
- process billing.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your Amazon data to train general-purpose AI models or to benefit another seller. No action is executed on your Amazon account without your approval or a standing approval you configured. Every action is logged.
4. AI processing and service providers
We use large language models (LLMs) and other AI systems to prepare proposals and summaries for you, not to train general-purpose models with your Amazon data. Service providers may support hosting, data storage, AI processing, billing and transactional email where those functions are enabled. This website is hosted on Replit; lead notification emails use Resend when configured. ElevenLabs processes voice-assistant interactions when you choose to open the Sollo CEO assistant within the page. No floating voice widget is displayed.
Providers receive only the information needed for their role. Before sending customer information to an AI provider, we require terms restricting its use to providing the requested processing, not the provider’s own model training or other independent purposes. For information about the providers relevant to your account, contact sales@sollocentral.com.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed with:
- service providers that help us operate the Service;
- Amazon through its APIs when carrying out actions you approved;
- professional advisers who are subject to confidentiality duties;
- authorities when required by law; and
- a successor in a merger or sale of the business, with notice where required.
We never share one seller’s data with another seller.
6. How long we keep information
- Prospective-customer leads: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Customer and Amazon account data: while your account is active, plus 90 days for export.
- Action and audit logs: at least 12 months, as required by Amazon developer policies.
- Voice conversations: up to 12 months.
- Billing records: as required by law.
7. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, per-customer data isolation, restricted access, and revocable OAuth tokens. We never store Amazon passwords. If a security breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Marketing emails and outbound messages
Marketing emails identify Lupebrands Inc. as the sender, include our postal address, and provide a working unsubscribe option. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days as required by CAN-SPAM. We do not send marketing email to Canada (CASL), the EU, or the UK without prior consent. Contact sales@sollocentral.com with “Privacy” or “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
9. Cookies
We use first-party analytics cookies to measure unique visits, A/B variants, sign-ups, and video plays, as well as session cookies and a preference cookie. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and receive equal service without discrimination. These rights may be available under the CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and GDPR.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact sales@sollocentral.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will respond within the applicable legal deadline, generally 30–45 days. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows; we may verify your identity and the agent’s authority. Where applicable, you may complain to your local privacy regulator.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as security, support and service improvement. We rely on consent where required, including for consent-based marketing. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
11. International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as approved contractual protections.
12. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. We will email you about material changes where required by law.
